| This is seen as the most important part of any project, commencing when the requirements are defined and ensures that the clients objectives are achieved.
Initially the clients objectives are listed together with success/failure criteria. A plan is created from this point to outline responsibilities, timescales and resources required.
As the project progresses control/monitoring mechanisms are put in place with regular review meetings to ensure the projects is developed correctly.
The project manager is required to question situations that appear to threaten the project plan/delivery, having the ability to resolve any issues to ensure the project runs smoothly. |
