The aim being to increase productivity and customer service. This process is sometimes referred to as business process re-engineering
	Feasibility Study
	The feasibility study will look at a high level at all aspects of the application requirements. We will establish during this study a number of important factors:- a) the potential data volumes b) if and where data repositories currently exist which require integration into the new application c) the style of forms/views/reporting d) to gain an understanding of the business process and associated work-flow elements required. The objective of the feasibility study is to a) confirm the correct development environment to deliver the application defined b) establish an outline of the potential project, resources required and timescales.
