| The marketing department at Marchon were using an AS/400 based system to manage prospect information.
Due to the inflexibility of that system, they were unable to store and manage rich information about their prospects. |
Sphere IT’s Contact management system has allowed the Marketing Department at Marchon to manage their prospects more effectively.
In addition they can now target customers and prospects more successfully. The inbuilt mail-merge facility allows them to quickly and simply communicate with their desired audience. |

Since its founding in 1983, Marchon eyewear has grown into one of the worlds largest manufacturers and distributors of quality eyewear and sunwear.
The new Contact Management system delivered by SphereIT allows Marchon to quickly record information regarding its prospective and existing customers. This information can then easily be used to management communications and also to generate mailshots which are directly targetted to the appropriate audience.
Full function search facilities within the system allow Marchon to quicly and easily find the information they need. |
