Now the dust has settled, I would formally like to record my thanks and deep appreciation for the time and effort that all at Sphere IT have devoted to ensuring that we have a first rate working communications database to our Phase 1 Specification. Getting here has not been without it's 'moments', but I truly believe that we have laid the foundation for what, if used correctly, will prove to be the most beneficial step forward that this company has made in terms of its IT support and infrastructure.

It is now appropriate that we take some time using the database in its present guise, to ensure satisfaction of the users, before specifying any Phase 2 changes to encompass autofaxing and our New Product Development (NPD) process.
