| Allianz Cornhill began to experience a significant increase in the volume of requests for premises to be surveyed.
The existing system, which had been in use for some time, was not robust enough to deal with this increase. In addition, it did not provide the levels of management information which Allianz needed. |
The new Risk Surveyors System provided by Sphere IT allows Allianz to deal quickly and efficiently with requests for surveys and the subsequent information gathered.
The system is scaleable and does not suffer unduly from performance issues. In addition the reporting module allows Allianz to get accurate management information at the touch of a button. |

Allianz Cornhill is one of the largest general insurers in the UK and winner of the prestigious "General Insurer of the Year" award 2004 & 2005.
This system enables underwriters to create Survey Requests which are automatically routed to the surveyors. The surveyors then survey the premises being put on policy in order to to assess risks (ie. things that would cause the Insured to claim). The system can produce Management Reports based on the information input by the surveyor. |
