During this phase, Sphere will work with the project team to technically specify the application. Review of existing process documents, existing standard documents, following paper trails, specifying work-flow requirements, i.e. chronological review authorisation flows, escalation flows, status views/updates and indeed security will all be defined.
The specification provides a detailed report confirming data structures, fields, reports, workflow etc
No actual development activities will commence until both Sphere and the client have confirmed acceptance to the specification. |
