There are several benefits to outsourcing support and minor changes/development:
a) Using Sphere IT would allow access to many different development/administration resources which provide a varied skillset to suit
b) any support queries/requirements that may arise.
c) A single internal person may have limited skills.
d) Availability of resource - an internal developer will not always be available eg. during holidays
e) Having Business Partners gives Sphere IT direct access to many technical support staff at higher levels than standard customer support contracts provide. |
