The Risk Control Survey process involves Surveyors often located nationwide working with office-based Underwriters, creating and moving survey information between them.

Often this is a paper or phone based process and there is a lack of standardisation for the production of Survey Reports

Sphere have worked with one of it's major insurance clients to produce a system which provides central storage of this information including Management reporting. Users can access the system from whereever they are based entering information easily and in a standard format.

The system includes workflow between the office-based staff and Surveyors, appointment making facilities, automatic allocation of Survey Requests and security so that data can be restricted to those who need it.
